New England Mittens and Rhinebeck Sheep and Wool Festival 2018

Hints of fall are in the air. I just released an updated version of the New England Mittens. For the pair shown in the picture I used Watershed worsted wool by Harrisville Designs.

Destination Rhinebeck!

I usually try to refrain form spontaneous purchases but I must admit . . . this one was totally worth it!

I had given myself direct orders to go on, get the yarn I intended to purchase and get off before filling the cart with wool. That was the plan. Until . . . an offer for bus tickets to Rhinebeck Sheep and Wool Festival popped up!

I immediately texted my BKFF (Best Knitting Friend Forever) to let her know that we’re going to Rhinebeck!

The count down begins. . .  I’m already getting my small project bag from Knitting In Beantown

ready for the journey!  Have you been to Rhinebeck? Let me know your Rhinebeck experience and and any suggestions for must-visit-vendors.
